Diversity & non-discrimination

To promote diversity and gender equality, management has initiated the establishment and implementation of specific Infront policies that promote a diverse and inclusive workforce with zero tolerance for any form of discrimination.

Promoting diversity

Infront employs more than 450 people from more than 30 different nationalities, across nine countries.

The senior management team is three women and four men, representing six nationalities based across five different countries.

All roles are gender neutral, highlighting that they are open to male, female and non-binary candidates.

No discrimination on a gender, ethnicity, religious, or sexual basis is accepted.

Employees undergo anti-discrimination and anti-harassment training to reinforce these expectations, alongside diversity, equity and inclusion training.

Infront pays men and women an equal salary for performing the same job and conduct gender pay gap analysis on an annual basis.
More information on the analysis can be found in our annual report.
